Your Highness Podcast is woman owned and run by Diana Krach. Their focus is the cannabis industry and lights are shined on the topics of: inclusiveness, equality, and accessibility in cannabis. Diana likes getting comfortable with the uncomfortable, having conversations not widely discussed, and honoring women who are making cannabis available to everyone in a fair and equitable way.
Fiery topics include: The Employment Risks of Being a Cannabis User, Creating Global Change Through Necessary Media Platforms, and Fighting Toxic Positivity in the Cannabis Space to name a few.

Please tell me about the day that you decided to launch your brand.
“I was doing freelance content marketing work for my mentor, Morgan Kristine, who was leading the Cannabis Women’s Alliance at the time. The group was not getting a lot of attention, despite the blogs I was writing for the site. At the same time, Trump was being put into office, and the idea of women and non-binary folks taking over cannabis seemed bleak. I began researching other forms of media and being a recent convert to the podcasting world, it seemed like a natural solution.”
What was the journey to launch like?
“It took a few months to launch our first episode, mainly because I was living in South Florida during Hurricane Irma at the time. Our first several episodes (and most of the first season) were very experimental, because it was really just me and my husband learning as we went.”
What is the mission of your company/brand?
“In 2017, Your Highness Podcast was born from the premise that women-identifying folks can find more opportunities, both professionally and personally, in the cannabis industry. Subsequently, the podcast featured women industry leaders and fearless entrepreneurs from all over the world. Over the years, the show continues to evolve, with a strong focus on accessibility and inclusiveness. Additionally, Your Highness thrives to get comfortable with the uncomfortable.”
What do you want people to know about your brand?
“Season 5 will eventually look a lot different from previous years. There will be a “B-Side” addition later in the season, where whistleblower accounts will be shared. Your Highness will also be teaming up with other podcast hosts for a series of global conversations about under-discussed topics, giving cultural context to important conversations.Beyond that, I would say that sponsorship is greatly needed for these projects to thrive, so please support independent media!”
Did you/do you have any mentors; if so, who?
“Yes! Mskindness B. Ramirez, Angie Willoughby/AKA The Green Baker, Morgan Kristine, and Ayanna Lawson.”
