Tea is known to have a multitude of health benefits. The most popular benefits are associated with: cardiovascular health, weight health, mental health, and stress health. Humans have been consuming tea as medicine for decades, maybe even centuries. As hemp gains popularity, and as more information about its medicinal benefits are revealed, more and more products will include hemp. As hemp goes mainstream, there is a trend changing the tea game one cup at a time- hemp tea.
What is Hemp Tea
Hemp is high in CBD and low in THC (by law- 0.3% or less), making it perfect for body relaxation and stress relief. Hemp tea is generally created by using crushed hemp flower, hemp buds, hemp seeds, hemp leaves, and hemp stalk. Hemp is like most tea’s, just infused with nature’s finest.
What Are the Benefits of Hemp Tea
There are many benefits. Because hemp tea comes from and essentially is hemp flower, hemp buds, hemp seeds, hemp leaves, and hemp stalk, possible benefits include, and may not be limited to:

Important note: a little coconut oil/avocado oil is going to be needed when making hemp/CBD tea. CBD needs a little fat to activate.
